Launch vehicles are humankind’s highway to space. The more reliable and lower the cost of each launch, the more payload can be placed in orbit or beyond each year. In order to lower launch costs, launch vehicle components must be made as cost effective as possible.

Propellant Tanks
- Vivace builds large cryogenic propellant tanks to support launch vehicles in a wide variety of sizes. These tanks are typically fabricated from aluminum alloys, but other materials are available depending on mission requirements. Vivace has supplied launch vehicle tanks from 2 – 18 feet in diameter.
- Internal fluid control systems are often included in Vivace propellant tanks, including slosh baffles, anti-vortex baffles, and other specialized systems. Vivace has comprehensive fluid dynamic analysis capability to provide turn-key propellant management systems.
Pressurant Tanks
- Vivace produces several pressurant tanks suitable for use on launch vehicles. These tanks are either monolithic metal tanks or composite overwrapped tanks design for a variety of gasses and pressures up to over 10,000 psi.
