Focus on Long-Term Relationships

Since its beginning in 2006, Vivace has focused on developing long-term relationships with our customers, suppliers, employees, and other stakeholders. All employees at Vivace have been hand-picked for their fit within our larger ensemble, because the only thing more powerful than amazing people is a well-tuned team of amazing people.

Long-term relationships with our customers allow capabilities to mature, and trust to develop. Trust is earned slowly, through performance and transparency, but it is essential in the successful development of complex systems for spaceflight.

Throughout our history, Vivace has prioritized development of a vibrant supply base, and in some cases has invested heavily in bringing new, non-traditional suppliers up to the highest level of performance. Innovation doesn’t solely happen in the traditional supply chain, and innovation is critical in lowering the cost of spaceflight systems.
